About us
There has been a dental practice at 30 Zetland Road since the 1920’s and in 1997 it was purchased by its current owner Simon Dunn.
Hannah Knight
Hannah Knight joined the practice in 2001 straight after qualification at Bristol Dental Hospital. She works part time between reception and surgery duties. Her GDC number is 126718.
Vicki Rudge
Vicki Rudge joined the practice in July 2008 initially to cover Hannah's maternity leave and she is now a full time permanent addition to our staff. She splits her time between the surgery and reception.
Katie Griffiths
Katie Griffiths also joined the practice in 1998 having previously worked with Simon at a practice in Clifton since 1993.
Estelle Greenfield
Estelle Greenfield joined the practice in 1998 after working in Portishead following her qualification from Bristol Dental Hospital.
Claire Gazzard
Claire Gazzard qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Bristol Dental Hospital in 1998 and joined the practice on graduation.
Simon Dunn
Dr Simon Dunn BDS FDSRCS DPDS is the owner and principal dentist at Zetland Road Dental Practice.
Simon trained at Manchester University qualifying in 1988 where he remained for the first year post qualification as a House Officer. This was followed by one year at the Royal Liverpool Hospital and two years at Frenchay Hospital as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery.
Support Staff
There might be a lot of familiar faces when you come to the Dentist each visit, and that's because all of our staff have been at Zetland Road together for at least 17 years, with the majority being a team for over 24 years. We don't have a high turnover of staff and that's what makes us different as a practice. We are a close team who enjoy working together and we are all hospital trained so can help you with any queries you might have. All reception staff are also trained dental nurses so are able to answer queries and give advice with dental problems,
Access
Zetland Road Dental Practice is set over two floors of a converted Victorian terraced house with surgeries on both floors. Access to the building is along a flagstone path which has been specifically laid to allow wheelchair access into the foyer area.

Parking Restrictions
Parking restrictions are in place in Redland and surrounding areas.
There are pay and display bays close to the practice on the start of Salisbury Road, top and bottom end of Northumberland Road, Carnarvon Rd and a few on Zetland Road. Alternatively Kinglsey Road or Redland Road have some bays. Please allow enough time to find appropriate parking space.
Please ensure you do not park in permit only bays.
Parking is free for the first 30 minutes although you must still show a ticket (by entering your registration number and pressing the green button without putting money in), and then £1.50 per hour thereafter.
We rarely run behind schedule so please contact us to check how long your appointment is before buying a ticket.
