The reception staff are able to answer any queries that you may have and the practice welcomes all adult patients on a private basis. We take new patients on a private basis only as the practice does not have an NHS contract, although children and students are seen under a reduced fee scale. After an initial consultation patients are provided with a computer generated estimate of costs. All treatment is provided under local anaesthesia and all efforts are made to make the experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
We carry out all aspects of dentistry with the exception of Orthodontics (braces) which is referred to a local specialist practice called Smile Solution with whom we have an excellent working relationship.
Zetland Road Dental Practice takes on new patients on a private basis and the current fees are shown on this website. Children of registered patients are seen under a reduced price scale and many services are in fact free of charge.
We ask that 24 hours notice is given of any cancellation of appointments to avoid incurring a missed appointment charge. We fully understand that in cases of unexpected circumstances and illness that this is not always possible and we make allowances for this eventuality.
We have collected and analysed the results from our recent patient survey and are extremely pleased with the outstandingly positive answers and comments. The dentists, nurses and reception staff received a 100% satisfaction rating from the questionnaires which was very much appreciated as we work hard at providing an excellent service. We were also pleased that 97% of patients responded that they were happy with the range of services and treatments on offer and 97% reported satisfaction with the results of treatment.
We hope that any complaints can be sorted promptly and easily. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unhappy with anything or anyone. I deally, you will need to put your complaint in writing and address it to Simon Dunn.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to look into this within 10 working days. We can then offer you an explanation or a meeting with those involved.
